The British newspaper The Telegraph placed A Mariqueira de Matosinhos in its preferences. According to food critic Victoria Moore, the restaurant, which opened in 1978, is highly professional, standing out for its “percebes” delicacy, which Victoria says she enjoys more than oysters for “tasting like a pure ocean”.
